This puppy is being purchased as

This breeder (Hitchcock Bouviers) Strongly recommends obedience training and socialization at a young age for this puppy, starting as early as 10 weeks of age and before 16 weeks of age.This breeder also strongly recommends crate training this puppy, to prevent injury to the puppy while unsupervised, prevent damage to buyers possesions, and assist in housebreaking (potty training) this puppy. No puppy will be released to the buyer until the puppy is 8 weeks of age.

If for any reason this buyer can no longer retain possesion of this dog/puppy , this breeder is to be notified and given first option to recover full ownership of this dog/puppy at the expense of the present owner, without refund for this animal. The dog/puppy will be returned to this breeder with all AKC papers and medical records.

Buyer agrees to care for and maintain a healthy envirement for this dog including but not limited to proper nutrition,living envirement, companionship,veterinary care including vaccinations, health check ups,flea, tick and heartworm prevention, and any other  medical treatments that may be required in this dogs lifetime. Buyer agrees to inform this breeder of any health issues that may develope with this puppy that are deemed genetic or congenital , in a timely manner, so breeder can maintain accurate health records for future breedings.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this dog/puppy to be placed in a pet shop, animal shelter or similar establishment.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this dog/puppy to be used in dog fighting,baiting,or similar activities.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this dog/puppy sold as a companion pet or service dog to be bred.

Failure to comply with the above conditions stated in this agreement by this breeder

 will incur a liability to the buyer for $2500.00 in damages payable to this breeder on demand, including any court costs and legal fees incurred by this breeder for said damages.

Deposits on dogs/puppies are non-refundable or per the discretion of this breeder. Deposit of $500.00 is due when the puppy turns 2 weeks old. Payment in full is due to the breeder prior to the buyer recieving the puppy. The puppy is guaranteed for 2 years against congenital health issues including hip dysplasia, hypothyroidism,glaucoma,and heart defects. The puppy should not indulge in strenuous activities before the age of 2 do to bones continuing to grow and develope until the age of 2. Strenuous activity before the age of 2 could result in hip dysplasia and would void the guarantee.

The seller guarantees this dog/puppy to be of sound health and temperment at the time of delivery . The buyer will have this dog/ puppy  checked by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 3 days of recieving the puppy. Should the dog/puppy be found to have congenital health issues, not attributed to trauma or injury while in the care of the buyer,the dog/puppy may be returned to this breeder in exchange for another puppy when available, upon written diagnosis of the veterinarian. This breeder retains the right to have the dog/puppy examined by a vet of her choice upon return, to confirm the diagnosis of this dog/puppy. If the diagnosis by the breeders vet is disputed, then a third veterianarian opinion will be obtained mutually agreed upon by the buyer and breeder.
